Refund policy

At Rebagco, every product is thoughtfully created and carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards of craftsmanship, finish, and presentation.

We offer a 14-day return and exchange window, which means you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • With all original tags and labels intact
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase

Products that are used, altered, washed, mishandled, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

We want every Rebagco purchase to feel refined, considered, and complete.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, or if you have received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@rebagco.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please mention the following in your email :

Subject Line: Return or Exchange - Customer Name - Order ID

Please include your order ID, contact number (for enhanced support), reason for the request, and relevant photos if required.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you with the next steps for return, exchange, or refund, as applicable.

Return Pickup & Shipping

Returns must be initiated only after approval from our team. Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Where reverse pickup is available, we may arrange pickup from your address. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, our team will share return shipping instructions by email.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance sale products
  • Products used, altered, washed, or mishandled after delivery
  • Products returned without original tags, labels, packaging, or proof of purchase


Exchanges
As soon as we receive your return and upon clearance of inspection we will process your exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or process a refund.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return or exchange request and will be handled as per this policy.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
